If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll make it right — no drama required.
📏 Sizing
We provide detailed size guides and measurement charts to help you choose the right fit (because kids grow faster than our coffee goes cold).
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we may consider a size exchange for the same product only, assessed case by case. Items must be unworn, in original condition and with labels still on.
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully — and check those size charts before clicking “add to cart”.
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If something isn’t up to standard, we’ll sort it.
